Cell C not forthcoming with evidence requested
cell C's service has been pathetic. We have been battling since June to get them to provide proof of telephonic conversations. When they call my daughter she fails security checks, when we call she passes and is said to send emails again the circle starts again. All we want is proof of what was discussed telephonically as they have handed her over to lawyers for payment when they are wrong. They need to provide proof of what was agreed or refund the money i had to pay as she was a full time student with no income and i had to pay to clear her name so that she could get a December job

18 Jan 2024, 11:11Good day as expected Cell C once again did not resolve my query, i have sent a email while on leave and yet no response. I have asked that you look at all the previous emails.. I said i want the money back that we had to pay to clear my daughters name due to staff giving incorrect information.. I said go listen to all previous calls and see the staff member give incorrect info and we get back a reply from your complaints agent saying the account has a R0 balance. She did not even bother to have a look at the previous emails or listen to phone calls.. I am saying this for the last time.. I want all the money back we paid from July as we asked for this contract to be cancelled and your staff gave incorrect information..

06 Feb 2024, 11:33Good day this is the reason for me complaining again.. If you look at the history of the account and the queries logged, emails sent.. You will clearly see the agent did not even bother to go into the history of the query. Please look at all emails and queries logged and then read the reply from the agent and you tell me if this is addressing the query.
