Cell C - not for yourself

Be aware!!!! Cell C is one of those service providers that does not care for or adhere to client wishes and decides on their own (with no discussion or client approval) to move December debit order dates as they see fit, on behalf of clients.. After I received the notification that does not allow you any option to agree, I had a telephonic discussion with the customer care department to urge them to please not move debit order dates on my behalf as I am a contract worker and therefore my saary pay date will NEVER change, not even in December. Regardless of all this admin, Cell C proceeded to deduct my December bill on an earlier date which means all my Xmas money was taken out of my account. Thanks to Cell C I had the worst Xmas ever.

I have been a loyal Cell C customer for 20 years and find this blanket rule application and ignorance of a client request distasteful, utterly disrepectful and extremely inconvenient. I will not be continuing my contract with Cell C and will be warning all as far as ai can - Cell C is unfortunately NOT for 'yourself' but sadly just interested in ensuring all their debit orders are in for Xmas. This is not the first year this happens and I am personally sick of it
