Cell C not for yourself

Thank goodness I'm canceling my contract and never again. My contract will be cancelled on the 3rd of September and on the 4th I forfeit all minutes and data BUT end September they charge me in full ??? Why and how ??? Also customer service process needs to be looked at ... I verify myself with security questions and then I'm transfered and have to do the same over again. Word of mouth .....
