Cell C not for yourself

Good Day To All interested I was a cell c customer and in September 2019 paid off all 5 contracts I had with them but I must state before that I missed some payments.

I was given a settlement amount and paid it. I then had to suffer to get a paid up. I am unsure what the law states but I am sure that once the payment was received they had a time frame to update the data at the Transunion but this after months have not been done and I am stuck.
