Cell C not for You but themselves
Cell C is the worst when it comes to asking for help, they allowed a getmore247 subscription on my contract and I have been trying to cancel this for 5 years and to this day in March 2022 I am still paying for something I never authorized, how sad it is when after +-20 years of being a customer I am now leaving to a new service provider due to the incompetence of Cell C to protect and help a loyal customer

08 Mar 2022, 12:058 March I had 2 calls from Cell C promising that the complaint will be sorted, I received a sms from Get More Ref Nr:*** stating" An urgent follow up has been escalated to the relevant department" and to this minute no feedback, i received my new statement and what do I see "Get More" still being billed
