Cell C not fixing line
My contract was cancelled by Cell C because of a fault on my part. I have done payment last week Monday already and no one of them can give me clear answers and just say I should mail, but I get no response from them.
The fact that they say they will get back to you in 24-48 hours is a lie. We're on day 10 now and this matter doesn't get resolved.
When I ask to speak to someone who can assist me, they just tell me that I have to mail because the people who can help me doesn't have a contact number.
Poor service.

04 Oct 2021, 19:11They said they will be in touch but since then NOTHING. This matter has been going on for more than 2 weeks now. Every time they say 24-48 hours and then NOTHING. I can't believe the service is this poor. I did reply to an email sent where a lady said she did call but there was no missed calls on my phone.
