How long does it take to supply an invoice for data purchased on 21/12/2021.

Your service is atrocious, your customer service is not existent. I have sent several e-mails ( no reply) , made dozens of calls - every "Customer Service Representative" has a different story : send an email / we don't Issue invoices / visit a Cell C store / Your query has been escalated 10/1/2022, well today is 27/01/2022 and still no invoice

Just send me my Invoice that I can close this chapter and find myself a reliable / above board company to purchase my data from
