Cell c not doing well

One of the gentlemen calls me from cell c .the problem I have the cell c force me to pay the data I don't want means cell c is a **** it ****ming me .and April I call the cell c about router I pay as I'm nearly to finish paying what must I do the lady I was talking with she tells me that I better to call the cell c 30 days before I do as the lady tells me.but now it 60 day before. As they refuse to cancel the data it's better to send someone to fetch the phone I'm tired now .
