Cell c not doing their investigation

I have a very big problem with cell c I closed my contract account paid them R10388,42 and now they are victimizing me I have tried on numerous occasions email them call to no avail they are not sorting my issue I had to write to hello Peter for them to respond to my query they promised to call through the call register and find the fault then they will get back to me instead they called me again to tell me I’m owing R1677 cancellation fee of which I paid up all when I called the consultant who gave me a breakdown of what I had to pay including the cancellation fee now someone never did their job they are now victimizing the consumer in this time when companies are retrenching and people don’t have job in all honesty I cleared all my accounts then 2 days back I receive an sms from credit bureau just a few minutes ago I receive a call from credit bureau that I’m owing cell c R3000 plus how where and when.They promised to get back to me to confirm the conversation I had with the consultants to show that I followed the correct procedure but they never called me all they did was to take my name to credit bureau tarnishing my name for their wrong doings.If someone dies out of a heart attack due to their selfish needs they won’t care who that person is and what happened not forgetting that they stressed the person.I am really not happy and don’t like cell c at all and can never ever recommend anyone they are after ripping consumers off.
