Cell C not delivering what they promise. False advertising?

No response to my email yesterday???

The sim is now connecting after contacting the Cell C technical dept. The download speed is however very slow. This is disappointing given my concerns I raised with you regarding the speed of the service during our first telephone conversation. The average download speed is 1 Mbps. This is far removed from the expected speed for a LTE A service. If this does not improve I will exercise my right to cancel this service in the 7 day window. The data cell number is **********
