CELL C NOT DELIVERING ON PROMISES
Please find below my email to Cell C after more than a month of waiting for my phone to be repaired UNDER WARRANTY!
'Thank you. I received your email. Please note our phone was booked in by Cell C when it was under warranty on the 14 of December 2025. We have pictures of the phone and Deon of Cell C took pictures and the phone was not damaged. The only problem the phone had when we gave it in was that it would not switch on. The Saturday night it suddenly died when we put it on charge and there after it would not switch on. The Sunday morning, we went to Cell C Paarl Mall where we purchased it and they booked it in for repairs under our warranty that was still in place. Now we have been waiting very long for the phone to be repaired. Please can we resolve this problem as soon as possible. I will be waiting on your response. Greetings C.J Karsten- (Venter)'
