Cell C not compliant

Cell Ç is a big **** and should be audited by NCA ,I am to date still struggling to stop them from *****ing other credit providers funds from my account, but the contract ended last year Oct 22.I paid them well for duration of contract untill it ended,but they refuse cancel and keep debiting my account.And the amount increases every month with no communication arrangement they just take amount they feel like.
