Cell C not capable of cancelling a debit order.
And there you go . After 7 months and after several comlaints Cell C was trying to put again a debit order through my account. This is getting rediculous. My Lawyer and the onbudsman will deal with this from now on. Cell C will be reponsible for my Banking fees.

25 Oct 2022, 14:47This is the answer which i get when complaining avout a debit order which i cancelled 7 months ago and where i was assured Cell C is not trying to put a debit order through on email. I am waiting for my watch Cell C. I was not aware of this 2nd account becasue i never received a statement and was not aware of a second account. Why a second account when i hve 5 contract under one account.This is pathetic.

As advised prior, in order for the Cell C account code (***) to be consolidated under the existing Cell C account code (***) you will be required to make payment of R1,260,92 as it is currently in arrears. We have yet to receive payment for this account. We will only be able to consolidate your account once payment is made in full. Regards^TM
