Cell c not being professional

Hi hellopeter I'm still in the same problem about the Cell c since last year I call the cell c about the cancellation of the data but once I call the them to cancel the cell c data they upgrade I need the language I suppose to use if I want them to cancel the data. I start Last year 22 july 2022 to cancel the data pls help me because the I was talking with last month she said she want to listen the voice recording she never come back to me .and today they load the data I want to know who supposed to pay this data .if the cell c can please I ask them to send someone to fetch the phone I can't use a life insurance for the phone this is the life
