Cell c not being professional

Cell C is not professional. My name is busisiwe Maria Nkosi, I have a problem with Cell c and I was owing Cell c R1500 montly installment in February, I paid the money they dedicated R3000 after that they dedicated another R1500. I need clarity pls help me first time I write this I never got any help am losing a lot of money my charges are way high because of cell c
