Cell c not assisting
I have 3 contracts with cell c. No outstandings. Phones still in use. Cell c handed me over for a amount of R998 they withdrew this according to their headoffice. I have sent them proof of sll payments. A years bankstatements plus their account where I was credited with that amount I owe according to them. I cannot upgrade any of my phones. Phones not cut because my accounts is always fully paid by dt orders. Please assist to get my credit score correct. Been more tan 6 months and cell c does not clear or correspond eith me.

Please note that as per our records, account *** is in arrears with an amount of R998.00. This outstanding amount is for May and June 2021 invoices + 140 failed debit order penalty fees for the contract number ***. The contract was billed separately for these 2 months and the debit orders were unsuccessful.
