Cell C not allowing port out

I am trying to port a number from Cell C to another network. When I request the port, Cell C sends an SMS asking for a OTP to be confirmed. When you reply with the OTP, there is no response. A few hours later, Cell C sends a message stating that there is no reply and rejects the port out. I did this multiple times and over different days but still no success
