Cell C not allowing me to cancel contract.

Why is Cell C such an inconvenience to contract customers???? How the hell does one get through to your office to cancel my contract. My two years is up and I have no intention of another contract. I was advised to call in on the 30th to effectively cancel my contract now cell C is making all most impossible to do so. This is how unsuspecting customers get forced into contract extensions.

The country knows that cell C is in financial difficulties but you guys don't have to cheat people.

I need my contact canceled. Can someone please help me!!!!!!!!!!
