Cell C not able to fix my credit record

Cell C handed me over to Credit Buro in March 2023, for an apparent missed payment of R208. After numerous calls and queries logged and emails and escalations and visits to their outlet in Centurion Mall, Cell C is incapable of fixing this and my credit rate drops every month as a result.

I cannot fix it, because I don't owe anything, and I never did.

Perhaps if Cell C sees this here they will attend to my issue, because nothing else works. Experian wants to assist but said they need a letter from Cell C.

Please someone help!!!
