Cell C not able to assist

I received a call from a get it agent which promise rd to send me a information about the service for more th a a month till today I have not recieved any correspondence almost three weeks after I recieved the phone call, I then decided to call cell to have this cancelled and the agent assured me that Get it had not pressed anything and that I must just tell them not to register my information. I called the and the could not pic up any of my details only to find that it was only possessed the following day. A week or so later I tried to call cell c again and they transfered me to get it were I ended up speaking to a team leader who told me that they would refund me. Shegave me a rreference number and said that if they did not refund Methuen I should just call in and quote the number and they pic up what we had discussed. The processed the R99 and today I called to find out about the refund they told me that they cannot see anything about a refund on the system. They also keep on telling me that a cancellation agent would call me... and I told them that I'd rather speak to the team leader whom assured me that my refund would be processed but I cannot get to speak to her.
