CELL C NOT ABIDING BY THEIR OWN CONTRACTUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS!

I have been endless with the service from cell c. 1. They dont debit you on the correct date as per request, you make an eft paymnet and after a few days premium gets collected. 2. You sign a contract with them pertaining to certain terms and conditions.This is a contract that I took out with them for 10G data p/m for 6 months at a set premium fee. They then dont give me the data as per our renewal aggreement and tell me that the agent made a mistake. 3. Few months i receive the promised data , other months i receive less for the same month. 4. i have two months left before my contract expires and i get told that that the package that they provided me with has been discontinues and that I CAN Only get 1 G for the same amount even though i signed a contract with them to receive the benefits for 6 months. Mr Mendes CEO of Cell C, please look into cell C's business practices as well as the high flux of complaints that are being made on hello peter and all over. Cell C must be reported to ICASA and the Cosumer Commission coz they are not abiding by their own terms and conditions!!!!! I will certainly not be renewing any contract with them.Please rather go to Telkom, MTN ,Vodacom but NOT CELL C !!!!
