CELL C NORTHGATE - UNWILLING TO HELP

I went to the Cell C Shop in Northgate to get a damaged sim card swapped out. I explained to the staff that I was recently relieved of my Vehicle via affirmative shopping and in that vehicle was my ID Book and bank cards. So now I am without an original ID Book. I took with a letter/ affidavit from SAPS Warrant Officer who is investigating stating that these items had been ******. I took a copy of my ID Book, my drivers licence and Rica information, so that I can have the damaged sim card replaced. They refused point blank and said I must get the copy certified. <br> <br> Well - HELLLOOOOO - in order to get a copy certified, you need the original, since I have been recently relieved of my original, I can't get it certified -- DUH<br> <br> Vodacom helped me out the day before with my Vodacom contract. <br> <br> I bet I will be getting the following standard cut and paste response with out it actually being sorted out - Not holding my breath - I don't think they care:<br> <br> Hello Voltimort,<br> <br> Thank you for posting to us.<br> <br> We have referred this matter to one of our team members for assistance.
