Cell c nonsense contract
I have written numerous emails to Cell C collections department after they sent me a final letter of demand to which I never got a single response despite an auto reply message. Know I'm getting irritating calls from MBD for collection I don't know how times a days. I was told my matter would be resolved and it was never resolved, your contracts are nonsense . I've had a contract with Cell c for more than 10 years and when I was ********** was I suppose to enrich you. You are not going to destroy my credit record because of selfish reasons.

07 Dec 2021, 08:03I was supposed to get 20 gigs per month and in May I got 10 gigs and I disputed that and I was told was contract was a special which I was not aware and I was charged less then in May I was charged more for 10 gigs. I called and the consultant I spoke to last told me that i will be reimbursed and I will be given my 10 gigs back that never happened. I wanted to know what informed you to charge me more and no one could give me a reason. You expected me to pay more for less instead the only solution i was given was to upgrade my contract. I'm off the impression that the contract i signed will be the amount you pay until you upgrade but with you it was a different story. I cannot be expected to pay R320+ for 10 gigs of data on a contract,it's a *******. You service is very unprofessional and you dnt have the decency to respond to my emails but instead you are to quick to respond here. Did you even take time look at my contract before you could boldy respond.
