Cell C nonsense
Today i tried to cancel my contract with Cell as I am no longer using the number. First agent I spoke to just dropped the call. Second agent I spoke to was yawning on the phone and had a dont care attitude. Then she tells me that I need to pay R400 to cancel the contract even though Cell C owe me over R1000. So my account is on credit. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told I would get a call, and that never happened. This is truly ridiculous.
