Cell-C non-stop notification for balance that is paid up

I ported my number to Telkom but at that time I was ***** owing Cell-c airtime but I paid and provided them with proof but still there are sending messages saying Im still owing them. I need this cleared cause I do not want to have a bad record based on something I already settled.
