Cell C Non Service

Very unhappy with service...Oops I mean non service received by Cell C. My Cell C account has not been in use more than a year, I have sent numerous emails to please cancel this contract with no feedback. Which is funny to me is that they are quick to send you messages about overdue accounts which would never have been in arrears if someone did their job. The problem with all such establishments is that they are ****** lazy and overpaid people not doing their jobs. Now after a year of NO communication whatsoever they expect you to cough up money during this pandemic which is unnecessary if the service was done from their side. You call them on their 084 145 customer number to only hear the number does not exist. This is pathetic to say the least. No wonder they are in the state they are
