Cell c non responsive to customer queries

But guys Cell is is ineffective and efficient,They don't answer any emails and when you call they keep you hanging for more than 15minutes and they want us to pay out account on time.i had a phone contract which I cancelled during COVID ,I sent several emails and even called they agreed they having it cancelled which they didn't ,I incurred two months extra to pay.i then had these people nagging me again glfor their mistake of not closing the account,I paid the balance of R670 in April,of which I struggled to get the paid up letter,the I get the paid up letter but it's over 6months and they still not have updated my credit profile now I have no access to credit because of their mistakes which I paid for but still no help customer care emails send an autorepky acknowledging the receipt of the email but don't responds,in the meantime their busy phoning my family members looking for me while I have paid them long ago,so they sent a paid up letter without updating their systems.thats crazy.can anyone answer the phone and reply to emails all they want to do is secure the deal after they don't give a ****.
