Cell C non existing LEGAL Department!!!

Two years ago I bought out my then contract with an offer from Cell C at that time. So Cell C never cancelled the contract. It took me almost 8 months to rectify the problem and after someone at Legal went through all my calls, they realised that it was a mistake from Cell C side and then reversed all costs that did accumulate in that time. I was very relieved when this was resolved. Now two years later I am trying to apply for motor finance only now to find out that that transaction was listed on ITC. I tried to phone Cell C legal department to get them to remove the listing on ITC, but after almost two hours on the phone and being transferred to and from all sorts of departments, no luck to speak to someone at Legal.

The best part of it all is that it was not duet to any fault from my side, but are now have to face the useless communication channels of Cell C!!!
