Cell C - Non existent service no surprise

i called in on Wednesday night & spoke to a godfrey & told them my daughter can have full authorisation on this account & doesnt need my permission. i e full access. She needed to activate international roaming as she is leaving for namibia tomorrow morning the 11th at 3am. godfrey advised to only do it tonight. Oh yes not that I'm surprised but she calls into 140 & gets told she has no authority & someone will call me. after i specifically told godfrey that i have had hassles in the past & i dont want her experiencing the same thing. not that i can say i'm shocked as this is typical cell c lack of service. i want all calls listened to from her number as several were made& action taken & for me to be called in the next 5 mins failing which this will be placed on hello peter..yet another complaint against cell c with the many others. People my daughter spoke to were rude to her & had a bad attitude again & very unhelpful not that i am surprised. She was also told they cant make outgoing calls ...shame poor cell c they cant afford the cost of a call..that is scary. well i had to call and spend my money to get this sorted out cell c owes me for the 7 minute call from my pay as u go
