CELL C NON-EXISTENT AND DISGUSTING SERVICES

23 October 2015, we went to Cell C on the same say that my phone was ******, upon which they then told me I need to have my IMEInumber! 24 October 2015 I went back to Celll C and they told me that I need to go to the police station for a case number. No block was placed on the phone and no reference number given which the police require to open a case. Sunday 25 October 2015, we received the reference which should have been given the first day. No Procedures were followed and Cell C should know this. We got a case number and went back to Cell C to hand them the papers. They said they will send it tio the insurance on Monday the 26 October 2015. Inquiries from a Vodacom phone for this incident proved futile! The numbers and email address that was provided is no sucsses. This has been going on for 3 weeks and I am not gettng any service from anyone, let alone being charged for sim swops on my contractphone when i have insurance out on this phone. I will not recommend anyone to Cell C when I get service like this! Paying for a contract where i Don't have a phone - not cool Cell C!!!!!
