CELL C NON customer service on roaming and changing of debit order emails.
Cell C didn't enable international roaming after doing it by phone and visiting their outlet in Cresta Centre assuring me it was done. Now whilst overseas i need to change the debit order account and after 4 emailed requests and explanations i keep getting we can't reach you by phone " for security purposes. This after each explanation and a further request to enable roaming so we can change the debit order account as per their "script' . The customer service staff are either badly trained or just stupid.

Unfortunately, we would need to make telephonic contact with you before the service can be activated. Do you perhaps have an international number we can contact you on?
