Cell c no transperancy
Want to upgrade contract, but being declined because of debt review status, for the past 5yrs have been on debt review and upgraded every 2yrs. Now being declined. According my knowledge cell phone contracts are service agreements. They don't form part of debt review as they are not credit agreements.
So no proper explanation as to why the decline, or black and white proof.

The rules have not changed, the debit review process was court ordered 3 years ago, but Cell C had been lenient. Subsequently, the courts have ruled to enforce the order that no credit can be passed until the debt process in completed.
