Cell c no stock

I have been a loyal customer for many years with you guys and honestly I have to say your customer service is busy going backwards fast. You see online posts of Cell c in trouble and it is easy to understand why. I would like to know why is it that you advertise something which no branch carries in stock or the head office. I tried to source my own stock by phoning about 10 branches from which the phone was picked up by 2 branches only. Our local branch is trying to source me a tablet but no joy yet after 3 weeks. Your head office sales team is also very lazy. One time i could hear there is no typing on the keyboard, checking the system for stock...a simple we dont have stock...next. On a 2nd time the guy took my number to update me, still waiting for that phone call. So here is the Black friday deals and I dont even want to try and see if something can be done so I dont loose out because of your no stock issue. Seriously considering to remove all my business from you.
