Cell C no show

wow Cell C even after 5 moths of trying to pay my account still no assistance, I received a email from Skhumbuzo Ndlovu from exclusive business desk on the 5/11/2020 stating that they are unable to get ahold of me, i have never received a missed call or sms that CELL C is trying to contact me. I immediately rep**** to the email and provided my contact details and still today no show from Cell C. Cell C has no customer service
