cell c no sevice!!!

I opened an account at the cell c power-station in president hyper vanderbijlpark it starter by the sales person telling me the lg gpad can make calls i accepted and took the lg gpad i then found out that it cant make calls i went back to the cell c power station told them I'm unhappy with the phone with no problem they said it was their mistake they will cancel that account and make a new one i then opened an account for the lg g4 beat they said the other contract was cancelled month end came they said i only need to pay R505 they then deducted R900 from my account cell c power station said i must reverse the deduction and pay in R505 in their account after that i got messages from cell c saying i need to pay in R395 cell c power-station said i need to ignore that messages then i got an sms again saying they reported me to the xds registered credit bureau and today is the 20th of January still no reaction and I'm going to be black listed for cell c and cell c power-stations mistakes this is bad the worst and if i don't get any response before my next deduction and everything must be sorted legal actions will be taking place please respond on your bad service i have all prove
