Cell C no service on pre-paid data sim

Some months ago I bought a prepaid data sim. The sim was RICAed in the shop. When I tried to use it I got a msg the sim is not valid. I phoned customer service and they said the sim should work as it was valid on the system and I must go to a shop. After spending 45 min in a shop they said the sim is not on the system and I must phone customer service again. I phoned cust service and got a ref no ***. This ref no would have been sent to my other cellno but was never done.As they could not help me someone would have contacted me within 48 hours. It is now 4 days later and still no working sim.<br> It thus seems as soon as Cell C have received the money in the till they don't have to do anything to provide the service you have paid for. <br> This is the second sim that show invalid sim and unfortunately I cut up the other one thinking at expired.<br> <br> Cell C are smiling all the way to the bank.
