Cell C no service no help - long time contract customer

My wife is contract for years now with CellC and she depends on her network for business calls but now we have had no cellphone signal so that we cannot make or recieve calls. We have sent two support requests with no help or assistance from CellC while we losing business cuz we not getting calls. Cell C is not doing anything to resolve the matter and now we are looking legal paths and/or actions that we can take against them. They don't even have the common decency to let the customers know they having an issue and their basic service will no work or function. No notice whatsoever just no service and no help!
