CELL C NO SERVICE
Cell C is the worst! If you want to upgrade they are very happy to assist.However if you want to downgrade zero assistance and no service form Cell C.It is no wonder they do not care as I cannot cancel my contract without paying them R6000!I phoned their customer care twice now to try and downgrade.Every time I received different information. I was told my query willbe escalated but of course nothing happens.Cell C does not care !!
