Cell C no service

This seems the only way to get Cell C attention. I got a call over a week ago from representative. Told them what the problem was and they said legal would get back to me. Still nothing now I get a threatening sms from MDB attorneys for non payment. I sent a email to customer service no response. So now I will send a email every day till someone fixes the system. For aan account I no longer have access to and the help line cannot be bothered to even try and assist. No payment received on your CELL C acc. Pay immediately and set up a debit order by calling MBD on ***. ***
