CELL C NO SERVICE DELIVERY
Settled my Cell C account in 2020. In 2021 to date I have requested a Letter of Settlement from Cell C customer care and Cell C legal department so that my debt record can be adjusted. I have received No service delivery.

13 Jul 2022, 12:50I am aware of when my contract ends. I asked for a letter of settlement for the same no that was in arrears and i paid off the arrears in 2020 the contract prior to this new contract that cell c offered me this year. This is a new contract with the same no. It is 2022 n urll still dont want to give me a simple letter to clear my name that urll have made bad even after i paid the arrears amount off for 3 months..why cant someone just help me with a letter and stop giving me the run around for almost 2 years.

This is my last contract will cell c and i will not use this network again after the hassles yourll have given me for a simple letter.
