Cell c no service

That’s what you continue to say but nothing. Empty promises as usual.

I am the one who has to bear with this. The whole of customer care collections legal department just don’t care. They work from home so by accident drop your call and you never get through to that person again. I can deal with most things but don’t make promises that you don’t keep. I’ll be able to write a book on how many promises where made by personel of cell c that never happened. Last week on hello Peter promises where made and yes one phone call with more promises and then nothing. I’ve been trying to solve this for more than five months probably another week won’t matter but next week I’ll be going to head office if I don’t hear anything.
