Cell C - no service
Hi
Opted for one of their Fantastic Friday specials last week Friday through the call centre. Specifically asked them to deliver it to my work address. Wednesday RAM couriers sent me a sms to deliver to my home address. I contacted them, they dropped my call or answered call without speak to me eventually got through to change address. Yesterday contacted both Cell C and RAM - Cell C sent email to change delivery address. RAM still has my home address, phone still not delivered. Phoned Cell C a couple of times, requested supervisor to phone me, still waiting. Phone again asked to speak to a manager, put on hold and left on hold.
