Cell C no service

Good day.

I have complaint regarding Cell C. I have a contact with for many years and fell behind on payments in the beginning of the year. I still made payment and got up to date in May 2022 with a payment R1600 which the missed on their side. In July 2022 I made a query as to why my service was suspended and they informed me that my account was handed over the their attorneys. I made contact with the attorneys and provided proof of payment. The said they will get back to me but after several email requesting feedback and several emails to Cell C customer services I am still being ignored. My simcard and phone number that I had had for many years is no longer available to me as I am being ignored. I had a alot of free minutes, data and sms's that I cannot use anymore. People are strugling to get a hold of me. Please can someone help me.
