Hi, i have been calling your call centre for the past two weeks no one seems to be getting it right, i need my paid up letter, i settled my account on the 24th of july with an amount of R10397 i have sent throught my proof of payment many times still with no joy.
Please assist with allocating my payment and sending me a paid up letter because the account still shows overdue but i have made the paymen
Please help me i have been evicted and need to apply for a place but the Cellc account is still showing on my bureau i need the paid up letter to update
The reference numbers below will show you my proof of payment

14 Aug 2021, 10:32No one is making an attempt to contact me or acknowledge me on the matter I have raised. This has been ongoing since July 2021.
Why are we subjected to sub-standard services by agents and Team Leaders that do not heed to our call for assistance.
It is disappointing to have to go to extra lengths to get have our needs met.
