CELL C - no one seems to know how to fulfill a customers needs

So, here we go with Cell C. I have what they call a SmartData contract. I need voice added to my contract - as I need to make calls on the mobile number concerned. Apparently, NO ONE knows how to do this...I was transferred from sales, to customer service to fiber, back to customer service, back to sales, then to upgrades who wanted to transfer me back to customer service and now I just give up. On one of these round trips a lady by the name of Yunga just put the phone down on me afte rtelling me she will transfer me to sales...
