Called through the customer service for feedback on a case logged on the 3rd Sept,got through to collections department.Agent who assisted Sinazo was of no assistance to my case i asked several times to be transferred to customer service and she refused,' I was her hostage.'She did not ask for the case number. When i asked for someone more senior to assist she rep**** there isn't. When i asked for her team leader,Mr Collins, she advised he was on lunch. As a cellc customer for years I am disgusted in the service i recieved and felt very unminded and belittled after my interaction with the agent. No one has contacted me pertaining the case yet. I have no services on my device and need assistance to resolve this matter urgently.
