O RATING or - 10 rating for Cell C is a more appropriate rating. Small Claims Court for FREE and CEO has to personally attend, NO Lawyers allowed. Try to Phone complain to Cell C who don't do anything except for their tsotsie staff who phone you & don't talk so they can say they did try to phone you. What a bunch of hooligans that are this clever to NOT do work, obviously sanctioned by the *********** CEO Douglas Craigie Stevenson
