Cell C no network...
<p>Cell C data network is useless. Try to complain and they send you a email with a complaint form to fill out. When did the problem occur? ALLWAYS! Where? AVERYWHERE!........BLAH BLAH BLAH.....</p> <p>I would think in this day and age you would not need to fill out forms.......call me and take my complaint over the phone.....really useless.</p>
