Cell C no longer worth it.

I am absolutely furious with Cell C. I ordered a new line and phone, go through the whole process- 25mins. Told everything is approved. Then days later I get 2 dam Sims and no phone... No phone call or email to let me know what the hell is going on. When I call them I get pushed from pillor to post, then get transfered to the guy who did my application only to get cut off.....

Sh12 happens but what I can not get is the poor service... I am not fing paying for 2 Sims (I don't care how much data it has)... That is not the service I asked for....To top it all I have been a customer for more that 17 years with multiple contracts.
