Cell C No Iphone Stock and No Feedback
Signed up for an upgrade on an existing contract more than 3 weeks ago and was told that I would receive my new iPhone Max Xs the next week Tuesday. I was phone the following week and told that the warehouse has no stock. No follow up since then and when you call the branch they say that they have no idea when Cell C will get stock. I found this service disappointing, surely a company should have an idea when they are receiving stock and update their customers accordingly.

12 Nov 2018, 15:31My response was sorted out very promptly by the head office. Very good service, thank you. I will be doing all upgrades over telephone from now on and skip the stores.
